CARELINE
CARELINE
Health & Care / Digital Health / Campaign
Careline began with a simple tension: appointments, medications, results, questions, and follow-ups can all be available yet still be difficult to understand as a single care journey.
I developed the positioning, product narrative, interface concept, and campaign system around one promise: Know what comes next.

Information without direction
Healthcare information frequently arrives as separate pieces, leaving people to reconstruct the relationship between what happened, what matters now, and what follows.
The challenge was to make a complex digital-health proposition feel calm, credible, and immediately understandable without relying on clinical language or technology spectacle.
Challenge
Opportunity
Make the next step visible
Rather than position Careline as another destination for health data, I framed direction as the product benefit.
Careline brings existing information into a single connected view, helping people identify immediate priorities, prepare for appointments, and understand how each next step relates to the larger plan.
Clarity is a
form of care
Creative idea
From Information to Direction
Medical information begins fragmented. Careline organizes it into a clear path.
The Path became both the central creative device and the organizing product logic. Separate inputs gather, connect, and resolve in a clear action. The same behavior shapes interface states, campaign compositions, timelines, cards, and messaging.
Three moments. One connected plan.
I limited the product concept to three essential moments, each answering a different patient question.
Today
What matters now? Immediate medications, appointments, and preparation cues move to the front.
Prepare
What should I bring? Symptoms, questions, recent changes, and results are assembled into a single appointment brief.
Care Plan
What follows? Completed, next, and later become one
connected view rather than isolated reminders.
Primary experience
Visual system
Collect. Guide. Resolve.
The Path performs three jobs across the system.
Collect brings fragmented information together.
Guide connects actions, appointments, and decisions.
Resolve ends with one clear next step.
A restrained transition from aqua to cobalt gives the system movement and direction while preserving a calm, trustworthy visual environment.
Campaign application
Complex care, made memorable
The 3 / 2 / 1 campaign composition converts a dense care plan into an immediate hierarchy: three next steps, two appointments, one connected plan.
Large typography, editorial pacing, and the Path allow the product promise to move beyond the interface without introducing another visual idea.
Brand belief
Clarity is a form of care.
An expressive typographic composition expands the system beyond product utility while keeping the Path as its connective device.
The statement captures the larger belief behind Careline: clarity is not merely a design preference. It shapes how information is understood and acted upon.
Photography direction
Care, observed
Photography is guided by natural light, credible environments, unforced gestures, and space for information.
The image system moves between guidance, conversation, daily routines, and the time between visits, keeping Careline human without becoming sentimental, clinical, or wellness-led.
Closing
One clear plan. One connected path.
Careline demonstrates how one strategic idea can organize product behavior, messaging, photography, and campaign applications into
a coherent visual system.
Every element returns to the same promise: make the next step visible
